Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Manager at our growing company. As a Marketing Manager, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. They will be responsible for overseeing various marketing activities, including SEO optimization, content strategy creation, social media marketing, email marketing, podcasting, brand communication, YouTube marketing, technical analysis, and on-page analysis.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will also collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Develop and execute content strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Create and manage podcasts to reach and engage target audiences
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic
  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies to maintain a consistent brand image
  • Utilize social media marketing techniques to promote products and services
  • Implement YouTube marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Conduct technical analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
  • Perform on-page analysis to ensure website content is optimized for search engines
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure marketing strategies are effective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO optimization
  • Experience in content strategy creation and execution
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and experience managing social media campaigns
  • Expertise in email marketing and lead nurturing
  • Experience in podcasting and content creation
  • In-depth understanding of brand communication principles
  • Knowledge of YouTube marketing techniques and strategies
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and on-page analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • BCA degree or equivalent
  • Preferred gender: Male or Female
  • Salary range: INR 400,000 to INR 800,000 per year
