Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive at our growing company. As a Business Development Executive, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

As a key member of our team, the Business Development Executive will contribute their expertise and passion to help us achieve our business goals. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify potential clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi (Delhi). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • Minimum of a BA degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of conversion marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the telecalling industry is a plus
