UI Designer

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified UI Designers who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products using design software such as Figma, Adobe Animate, Canva, and Illustration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts and wireframes.
• Develop interactive prototypes and animations to demonstrate the functionality and user experience of our products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure that designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes, and adhere to accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet the desired specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain design guidelines and standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of designs.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Animate, Canva, and Illustration.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and animations to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
