Helper Coordinator

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Helper Coordinator at our growing company. As a Helper Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team by coordinating and managing the activities of our helpers. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. The Helper Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our helpers are assigned to the appropriate tasks and that they have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently. This job post offers a full-time, on-site employment opportunity in Rajkot (Gujarat) with a salary range of INR 60,000 to INR 100,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the activities of our helpers to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Assign helpers to specific tasks based on their skills and availability
• Monitor the progress of tasks and provide guidance and support to helpers as needed
• Ensure that helpers have the necessary resources and equipment to complete their work
• Maintain accurate records of helper assignments and task completion
• Communicate with clients and other team members to gather information and provide updates on task progress
• Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during task completion
• Train new helpers on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Conduct performance evaluations for helpers and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task completion

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass
• Experience as a fresher or up to 1 year in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of wireframing techniques
• Proficiency in coordinating and managing teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Preferred gender: Male
