Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of AutoCAD Draftsman at our growing company. As an AutoCAD Draftsman, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing their expertise and passion for drafting and design. They will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software, contributing to the development of various projects.

As an AutoCAD Draftsman, the candidate will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and precise drawings that meet project requirements. They will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in 2D computer-aided drafting and design, as well as 3D modeling. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity, with on-site work mode in Rajkot (Gujarat).

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Review and analyze project specifications and sketches.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings and models.
• Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings as required.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of drawings and models.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD software.
• Adhere to company standards and procedures for drafting and design.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

Requirements

• B.E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational qualifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for 2D computer-aided drafting and design.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling using AutoCAD.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and models.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and sketches.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and procedures for drafting and design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
