Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified individual to join our growing company as a Business Manager - Associate. As a Business Manager - Associate, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing their expertise and passion to our team. They will be responsible for managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the organization.

The Business Manager - Associate will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and will work on-site in a full-time capacity. They will be expected to utilize their analytical skills, project management experience, and excellent communication skills to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, including the use of project plans and issue logs, as well as experience in status reporting and written communication.

Responsibilities

  •  Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects & programs 
  •  Assist in all BAU reporting and CB/Corporate Center level scorecards 
  •  Assist with key project reports, Senior Executive packs 
  •  Manage appropriate governance around all aspects of CB initiatives (e.g. people, technology, firm assets, regulatory, compliance, financial) 
  •  Monitor the Resiliency processes to proactively manage risk 
  •  Manage GRE requirements and assist in pursuing seat sharing strategies to improve efficiency 

Requirements

  •  Proven Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs, Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items), Excellent analytical and oral as well as written communication skills 
  •  Excellent infographic/visualization skills, Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels, Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projects 
  •  Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) are required, as well as the ability to use web-based technology effectively 
  •  Tableau / SharePoint skills are good to have 
  • MBA/Post Graduate/Bachelor in any discipline with relevant experience
