Quality Assurance

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Quality Assurance professional who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Quality Assurance team member, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. The job post is specifically for someone with experience in Cash Management/Liquidity products and the ability to understand business requirements and draft optimized test scenarios to deliver projects with zero defect leakage.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Conduct scenario testing to validate the functionality and performance of the software
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Experience on Cash Management/Liquidity products.
• Understand business requirements, draft logical and well optimized test scenarios with the objective of delivering projects with zero defect leakage.
• Detailed understanding of common defect and data management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies
• Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals. Should be able to contribute in both an individual and team member capacity as required by the deliverables.
• Proficiency in a business function and some understanding of the broader business context
• Proven ability to write automated tests
