Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified individual who can contribute their expertise and passion to our team as a Social Media Content Marketing - Associate. This role is crucial for our growing company as it involves creating and managing content for various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. The Social Media Content Marketing - Associate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

As a Social Media Marketing professional, you will work closely with Business, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various teams within Marketing to develop content for digital and social platforms, contributing to business and marketing objectives. You will support country Marketing head/team to provide coverage for all facets of marketing journey and the operational/administrative support required to ensure successful implementation Social media coverage for European region.

Responsibilities

  •  Managing European countries social content calendars 
  •  Planning and scheduling content on LinkedIn and YouTube 
  •  Managing compliance submissions in Nexus 
  •  Onboarding members onto EMEA Ambassador programme 
  •  Liaising with creative agencies and in-house studio on design briefs 
  •  Working with the wider Digital and Communications team and contributing to the delivery of member communications and marketing campaigns across all of our channels. 
  •  Supporting progress tracking and analytics with the social media team to evaluate our communications delivery and effectiveness . Collect and archive content approval records for global audits 

Requirements

  •  Post Graduate in finance, marketing or equivalent preferred with demonstrated experience in finance/asset management industry 
  •  Experience and understanding of social media platforms particularly LinkedIn, but also including TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Twitter. 
  •  Experience and understanding of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hearsay or other relevant analytical platforms 
  •  Experience of social media marketing, broader digital marketing and knowledge / understanding of visual design 
  •  Demonstrates ability to turn complex financial subject matters into compelling stories that effectively promotes the firm's capabilities, engages the target audience, and steer the desired actions. Demonstrated ability to synthesize various viewpoints and translate those views into thoughtful marketing and educational pieces 
  •  Excellent time management and project management skills and the ability to coordinate editorial projects with multiple teams. Highly flexible; comfortable working with ambiguity; ability to multi-task, and to enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment; ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time 
  •  High level of independence and positive energy; responsible and accountable; respect for diversity of opinions and styles; flexible in approach. Attentive to details with proven experience of managing content production processes 
  • Experience of social listening is an advantage 
  •  Copywriting experience is an advantage 
  •  Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) other languages such as French, German or Italian are an advantage.
