HR Assistant

Purpose and Overview

As an HR Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related tasks. They will also be involved in communication and reporting, requiring strong organizational skills. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with payroll administration, including processing timesheets and maintaining employee records
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Experience with payroll administration and employee record management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
