Digital Transformation Executive

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Digital Transformation Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Digital Transformation Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation initiatives of the company. They will be responsible for implementing and managing digital strategies to enhance business processes and improve overall efficiency.

The Digital Transformation Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation, develop and execute digital strategies, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives. They will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Should have the ability to conduct business requirements, understand as-is Microsoft Business Application, understand industry practice, document gaps, design solutions specific for gap, design management reports, prepare manuals, give end-user training, perform quality analysis and testing, deploy the solution in test/production system.

Responsibilities

• Understanding Business requirements and Information gathering.
• Preparing Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Design application program flow and Functional Design Document (FDD).
• Import / Export Data Using Rapid Data Service.
• Quality Analysis / Testing / Verification for the Developed Application & Documentation.
• Go-Live activity and Support.
• Conference Room Pilot Showcase.
• Provide Manual and end to end training.
• Prepare Project Management Reports and Support Transition Reports.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft ERP.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounts/business operations/production/manufacturing
• Good Presentation skills
• Ready to travel.
