Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Cyber Awareness Lead who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Cyber Awareness Lead, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the cybersecurity awareness and education of our employees and stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance cyber awareness, mitigate risks, and protect our organization from cyber threats.

The Cyber Awareness Lead will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs, conducting awareness campaigns, and promoting best practices in cybersecurity. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures, assess vulnerabilities, and provide guidance on cybersecurity issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest cyber threats and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber awareness program to educate employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations on various cybersecurity topics.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the effectiveness of the cyber awareness program.
  • Coordinate and conduct phishing simulations and other cybersecurity awareness campaigns to test and improve employees' response to potential threats.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity-related issues and incidents.
  • Manage and maintain cybersecurity awareness materials, resources, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance the organization's cyber awareness program.
  • Monitor and analyze cybersecurity metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of the cyber awareness program and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training and interact with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity awareness programs and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and assess cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of negotiation and request for proposal (RFP) processes.
  • Ability to develop and execute cybersecurity strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to educate and empower employees in cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
