a) Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Executive - Business Development - Recruitment & Staffing. This role is crucial for our growing company as it involves driving business development and recruitment efforts to meet our staffing needs. The Sr. Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.

As a Sr. Executive - Business Development - Recruitment & Staffing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

b) Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and meet recruitment targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and candidates
  • Monitor and report on business development and recruitment activities, providing regular updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, continuously improving recruitment and business development processes
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding professional networks

c) Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and recruitment in the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and recruitment targets
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Graduate degree or above in a relevant field
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
