a) Purpose and Overview

b) Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Assist customers in resolving their issues and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues
  • Identify and escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Assist in training new customer service associates
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

  • Graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
