Work Model: During the probation period, candidates are expected to do work from the office (WFO). After probation, a minimum of 10 days of WFO every quarter is expected.

a) Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Consultant who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Business Consultant, the candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. They will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing and configuring CRM modules, and ensuring successful project delivery.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Consultant, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and collaborate with clients from various industries. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance customer service and overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM modules, and the Power platform, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

b) Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet client needs
• Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing CRM solutions
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on CRM functionalities
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Create and maintain documentation related to CRM configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues

c) Requirements

• Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM modules
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM entities, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with the Power platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to gather and analyze client requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
