a) Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) in our growing company. As a BDE, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall sales and revenue targets of the company.

The job post for Business Development Executive (BDE) entails a dynamic and challenging role that requires a combination of sales skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, along with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our clients. They will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients.

b) Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
