KYC Executive

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified KYC Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a KYC Executive, the individual will be responsible for conducting thorough document verification and ensuring compliance with KYC regulations. They will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our customer database and preventing fraudulent activities.

The KYC Executive will be responsible for handling various tasks related to KYC, including cold calling, telecalling, and documentation. They will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve any issues or discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and must hold a graduation degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough document verification to ensure compliance with KYC regulations
• Handle cold calling and telecalling activities to gather necessary information from customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
• Provide support and guidance to team members regarding KYC processes
• Stay updated with the latest KYC regulations and industry best practices
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any potential compliance issues
• Prepare and submit reports on KYC activities and compliance status

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a KYC-related role
• Graduation degree in any field
• Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cold calling and telecalling activities
• Good negotiation skills to resolve customer issues
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in documentation and report preparation
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Flexible and adaptable to changing regulatory requirements
