Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of IT Recruiter in our growing company. As an IT Recruiter, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our IT department. They will be responsible for ensuring that our company has a skilled and capable IT team to support our business objectives.

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to onboarding successful candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate assessment tools
  • Proven ability to source and attract top IT talent
  • Ability to screen and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Any educational qualifications are accepted
