Purpose and Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate financial information to clients
• Handle the complete GST return process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Perform general accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
• Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling to existing clients
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network and generate leads

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in handling GST return processes and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
