Senior Dynamic 365 NAVISION/Business Central Consultant

a) Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Senior Dynamic 365 NAVISION/Business Central Consultant who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Senior Consultant, the individual will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central solutions for our clients. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.

b) Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central solutions for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central system to meet client's needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and end-users.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the system.
• Train end-users on how to effectively use the Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central system.
• Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented solutions.

c) Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central Consultant.
• Strong knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 NAVISION/Business Central solutions.
• Proficiency in Dynamic Navision, D365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in training end-users and providing technical support.
• Knowledge of integration with other systems and modules.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
