UI/UX Designer

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified UI/UX Designer who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a UI/UX Designer, the candidate will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. They will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive designs that enhance the overall user experience.

The job post for UI/UX Designer entails working on-site in our office located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The candidate will be employed full-time and will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals. This role requires a strong skill set in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, as well as experience in user experience design, user interface design, and various design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma. The ideal candidate should also have experience with WordPress, including PSD to WordPress conversion, plugin installation, theme integration, and both static and dynamic page development.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products
• Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation and maintain design consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience in user experience design and user interface design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma
• Experience with WordPress, including PSD to WordPress conversion, plugin installation, and theme integration
• Ability to develop both static and dynamic pages
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
