Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified PHP Developer who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a PHP Developer, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. They will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth functioning of our website and other web-based systems.

The PHP Developer will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of various modules, including flight booking, ticket booking, and hotel booking. They will also be responsible for ensuring the security and performance of our web applications, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Codeigniter framework
• Create and implement flight booking, ticket booking, and hotel booking modules
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly interfaces
• Ensure the security and performance of web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise
• Optimize application code for maximum speed and scalability
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a PHP Developer
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Codeigniter framework
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with flight booking, ticket booking, and hotel booking modules
• Understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Knowledge of database design and optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex web applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
