Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Junior Manager - Finance who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Junior Manager - Finance, the candidate will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company, ensuring accurate budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting. They will be responsible for handling financial data, conducting trend analysis, and assisting with tax audits.

The Junior Manager - Finance will work full-time on-site at our location in Pune, Maharashtra. This position is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience in finance and a high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights
• Manage financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the month-end close process
• Prepare and review purchase requisitions
• Support tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Conduct trend analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the acquisition of knowledge related to finance and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in finance or a related field
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Understanding of purchase requisitions and procurement processes
• Familiarity with tax audits and compliance
• Ability to conduct trend analysis and provide insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
