Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Chat Support Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Chat Support Executive, the individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support and email communication. They will be working on-site in our Gandhinagar location, in a full-time capacity.

The Chat Support Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely and accurate information. They will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, time management abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, as they will be interacting with US clients and coordinating with internal departments. A graduate degree is required for this position, and a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with US clients via email, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer problems or complaints.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and provide accurate responses to customers.
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in training new chat support executives and provide guidance as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar chat support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments and gather information.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar.
  • Flexible to work in a full-time employment type.
