Purpose and Overview

As an SEO Executive, the candidate will be responsible for improving our website's visibility and search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content
• Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, URL structure, and internal linking
• Execute off-page optimization activities such as link building, guest blogging, and social media promotion
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Create and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO
2. Deep understanding and experience in all SEO tools - Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale
5. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach
6. Preferably from a digital media background
7. Excellent knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques
8. Ability to perform keyword research and analysis
9. Experience in resolving technical SEO issues
10. Good understanding of content marketing and its impact on SEO
