Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Business Development Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Business Development Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This position requires a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT service or technology industry.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of CRM software, and a passion for sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Manage and maintain a CRM database to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT service or technology industry
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
