Business Development Executive Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, including online marketing, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT service or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
