Purpose and Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the implementation of financial systems and processes
• Coordinate and oversee external audits and ensure timely completion
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Minimum 3-10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and auditing
• Proficiency in financial systems implementation and management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership abilities and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
