SAP Functional Consultant

Purpose and Overview

We are currently seeking a highly qualified SAP Functional Consultant to join our growing company. As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in contributing your expertise and passion to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide functional support and guidance for SAP implementation projects, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur (Rajasthan) or Jaipur (Rajasthan).

As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring SAP systems, managing data migration, conducting testing, and providing training and development to end-users. You will also be involved in problem-solving and client services, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about SAP and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements
• Configure SAP systems based on business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions
• Provide training and development to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in using SAP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and address client concerns
• Identify and implement best practices for SAP system maintenance and support
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills
• Provide exceptional client services, building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations

Requirements

• Graduate and above educational qualifications
• Experience as a SAP Functional Consultant or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities
• Proficiency in business process discovery and analysis
• Experience in configuration management and customization of SAP systems
• Knowledge of Integraph or similar integration tools
• Experience in data migration activities
• Proficiency in TestNG or similar testing frameworks
• Excellent training and development skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
