As an Implementation Consultant, you will provide the best-in-class onboarding experience for Chargebee customers across all segments and regions. You will be the resident technical product expert who will handhold the customer through the configuration, integration and go-live process. You will liaise with the internal teams for troubleshooting and bug resolution.Responsibilities of an Implementation Consultant include:

  • Demonstrate the suggested use of the CB platform through a Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
  • Create/update a Business Requirements document based on the CRP execution as well as work done in integration and data migration.
  • Help create and execute against a Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Help drive the Implementation through regular video conference calls, email, and Slack correspondence.
  • Identify potential gaps and issues during Implementation and solve them with help of internal team(s)
  • Focus on decreasing the Time to Value (TTV) for your customers while maintaining a very positive customer experience.
  • Be a true consultant and help customers make the right business decisions for their billing infrastructure.
  • Continuously learn the new Chargebee product features and be the product expert.
  • Maintain high productive utilization while contributing to multiple, concurrent customer projects.
  • Maintain time tracking, project tracking, and CRM data hygiene.
  • Share implementation weekly status reports with the customers.
  • Update the Solution Handbook with implementation updates to ensure context is carried forward to subsequent teams.

As an Implementation Consultant, you own the customer onboarding process from end-to-end and are responsible for consistently delivering a best-in-class customer experience.Skills needed from Implementation Consultant:

  • Ability to work with APIs
  • Strong technical skills - coding ability is a plus
  • CRM basics with SFDC or HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of Financial concepts
  • Strong communication skills
