He/she is expected to verify and validate each document as per the client’s compliances and raise findings if he/she finds any document to be missing or incomplete resulting in non-compliance. Applicant is expected to work within tight timelines and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.

Job Summary:

• As an Executive Immigration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and processes. Operating during US shift timings, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
• Execute I-9 (USCIS) processes for all Collabera consultants.
• Thoroughly verify supporting documents for I-9 (USCIS) compliance before execution.
• Conduct audits for E-Verify, file I-9/E-Verify documents, and ensure compliance with DHS/USCIS standards.
• Assist the immigration team in various tasks related to immigration processes.
• Precisely verify I-9 forms and supporting documents for all Collabera hires.
• Stay updated on new I-9 processes and E-Verify procedures through USCIS webinars, and educate internal teams on new updates.
• Effectively communicate I-9 and E-Verify issues with the manager and resolve them using USCIS resources and I-9 central help.
• Resolve sub-tier I-9 issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in I-9 (USCIS) execution and compliance.
• Familiarity with E-Verify procedures and audits.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
• Ability to work within tight timelines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new immigration processes.
