Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Guwahati for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, developing and conducting training programs, and overseeing recruitment and retention strategies. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws
• Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in developing and conducting training programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or agro products industry is a plus
