Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with the best possible solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
  • Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in real estate regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience in sales development, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
