Join our dynamic team as a Revenue Enablement Program Specialist, supporting our Solution Consulting team as a product expert at Chargebee, a leading subscription management platform. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the enablement initiatives for our Solution Consulting team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.

Responsibilities:

Product Mastery:

  • Become a subject matter expert on Chargebee's suite of products- and translate into needs for the customer facing teams.
  • Stay abreast of product updates, features, and industry trends to maintain a comprehensive understanding.
  • Developing strategies with our product team to ensure a seamless partnership between product evolution and revenue teams (including creating and managing joint OKRs with product)

Enablement Strategy:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective enablement strategies for the Solution Consulting team.
  • Align product knowledge initiatives with overall revenue enablement goals.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate training content, collateral, and resources that empower Solution Consultants to articulate Chargebee's value proposition effectively - including presentation, competitive, and use case demo scripting.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to enhance the Solution Consulting team's product expertise.
  • Utilize various learning modalities to cater to different learning styles.

Feedback Loop:

  • Establish a continuous feedback loop to gather insights from Solution Consultants, identifying areas for improvement and additional support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into ongoing enablement initiatives.
  • Revenue Collateral Development:
  • Own the product certifications for revenue workforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling sales collateral that aligns with Solution Consultants' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer, Product Expert or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or subscription management company.
  • Strong understanding of FinTech; subscription billing and revenue operations.
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective enablement programs for revenue teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and project management multiple enablement work streams at once.
