Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Project Coordinator at our growing company. As a Project Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of various projects. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies

  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and specifications
  • Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • Graduate and above educational qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of key project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
