Front End Developer (React & Next.js)

Role Overview:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js, focusing on performance and user-centric design.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers) to implement scalable and interactive web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and responsiveness of UI/UX designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and refine front-end features using React.js and Next.js with a strong focus on responsive design principles.
• Implement and maintain responsive layouts using modern CSS techniques and frameworks
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO efficiency.
• Implement server-side rendering and static site generation features using Next.js.
• Ensure robust and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Manage application state using libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flow.
• Collaborate with backend developers to design and consume APIs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the JavaScript and React ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong grasp of front-end architecture and data-driven development.
• Ability to transform design mockups into interactive web experiences.
• Experience in optimizing applications for performance and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications comply with these principles.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries like styled-components or emotion.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
