Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. As a growing company, we are seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise and passion to our team. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This position requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, conduct market analysis, and develop competitive strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Create and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Graduate degree or above in a relevant field
  • Experience in market analysis and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in sales management and sales techniques
