Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Fashion Consultant at our growing company. As a Fashion Consultant, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the fashion industry. They will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, understanding client needs, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their style and image.

As a Fashion Consultant, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and passion to our team. They will work closely with clients to understand their fashion preferences, provide fashion advice, and assist with wardrobe selection. The Fashion Consultant will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai (Maharashtra). The ideal candidate should have a diploma in fashion design and possess strong skills in sales, fashion retail, and fashion design. We are particularly interested in female candidates who are enthusiastic, creative, and have a keen eye for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and developments in the industry
• Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized fashion advice
• Assist clients with wardrobe selection, including clothing, accessories, and footwear
• Offer recommendations on color coordination, style, and fashion trends
• Provide guidance on fashion styling and image enhancement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Drive sales by promoting and selling fashion products
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Participate in fashion events, shows, and exhibitions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma in fashion design
• Strong skills in sales, fashion retail, and fashion design
• Experience in the fashion industry as a consultant or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands
• Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized fashion advice
