TELE COLOR / TEAM LEADER

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of TELE COLOR / TEAM LEADER in our growing company. As a TELE COLOR / TEAM LEADER, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing our tele color team. They will be responsible for ensuring the team's success in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

The TELE COLOR / TEAM LEADER will be based in West Delhi (Delhi) and will work on-site in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English and Hindi languages, as well as excellent sales skills. They should also be a 12th pass and have a maximum of 2 years of experience, although freshers are also welcome to apply. We prefer female candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tele color team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that team members are following company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of tele color products and services.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on-site in West Delhi (Delhi) in a full-time capacity.
• 12th pass educational qualification.
• Maximum of 2 years of experience, freshers are also welcome to apply.
