Country Manager -exports

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Country Manager -exports. As a growing company, we are seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise and passion to our team and help us expand our export operations. The Country Manager -exports will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our export business, including budgeting, logistics management, sales planning, and customs regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon (Haryana).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and expand market share
• Manage the budget for export operations and ensure profitability
• Monitor consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage all export documentation
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans and achieve targets
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for export shipments
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and analysis on export performance

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above in a relevant field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export management
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Expertise in customs regulations and export documentation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
• Experience in logistics management and transportation
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
