Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of SAP HCM at our growing company. As a hiring manager, we are seeking an individual who can bring their expertise and passion for SAP HCM to contribute to our team. The job post provides an overview of the key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and Statutory Accounting Principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP HCM modules to meet the organization's HR and payroll needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP HCM system, and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on SAP HCM functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP HCM, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of SAP HCM modules.
  • Participate in system testing and support the implementation of new SAP HCM functionalities or upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, and resolve any system-related issues or inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and maintain data privacy and security within the SAP HCM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and Statutory Accounting Principles.
  • Graduate degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing and configuring SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
