Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified Graphic Designers who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our various projects. They will work closely with our team to understand the design requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' expectations.

As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for creating designs for both print and digital media, including websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and more. Your ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs will be key to your success in this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai (Maharashtra) or Mumbai Suburban (Maharashtra). We offer a competitive salary range of INR 500,000 to INR 600,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various projects, including websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other design software to create and edit designs.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other visual elements that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Ensure designs are optimized for both print and digital media.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
