Skill – Coupa - SCM

Experience: 4 - 15 years

JD:

• Work closely with the internal cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and transform network modelling data. Conduct ongoing network analysis using operations, supply chain, transportation, and logistics data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and build COUPA SCG optimization models according to business specifications. Own network modelling analysis and drive to completion with depth and/or breadth of expertise working independently.
• Develop comprehensive output reports from optimization scenarios using Tableau and support network analytics improvement initiatives across logistics organization. 4. Develop good understanding of current network design data, shipment data, transportation costs basis for various modes (truckload, LTL, parcel and HWA freight etc.), planning data and other related business data critical for network modelling. Support the development of cost estimates and demand forecasts for logistics modeling and tracking. Support process improvement projects resulting from network analytics to increase service performance and/or minimize costs. Project scope could be simple to moderate in complexity and includes processes with outsourced logistics operations providers, freight forwarders.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently and work well under tight timelines. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited university in business, logistics & supply chain management, operations research, statistics or related major, master s degree preferred. 3-5 years of total experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics or related function. 3+ years of experience with COUPA Supply Chain Guru X. Good working knowledge of the principles of network and transportation optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages such as COUPA SC Guru etc. 2+ years of data mining, transformation and visualization tool experience (MS Access, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Data Guru etc.).
• Techno functional role also acts as bridge between Business and Development team for development of support for new functional changes. As a receiver must be able to validate and sign off the development when Business expectation is met.

• COUPA Supply Chain Guru X (LLama.ai).
• Tableau BI reporting / Microsoft Power BI.
• SQL Server / MS Access / MS Excel.
• SQL Query writing / Data mining skills.
