Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of SAP Operator at our growing company. As an SAP Operator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by utilizing their expertise in SAP Accounts Payable to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. This position requires a talented individual who is passionate about their work and can contribute their skills to our team.

As an SAP Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP system, specifically focusing on the Accounts Payable module. You will work on-site at our location in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) and will be expected to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a candidate who is a graduate and preferably male. The salary range for this position is between INR 150,000 and INR 225,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the SAP system, specifically focusing on the Accounts Payable module
• Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data for financial reporting
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP Accounts Payable processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to the SAP system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Accounts Payable
• Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SAP Operator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Accounts Payable
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in using SAP software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial processes and regulations
