Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Chat Support Executive at our growing company. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be based at our office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This location offers a vibrant work environment and is easily accessible for candidates residing in or around Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat channels
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient customer support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Adhere to performance metrics and targets to ensure high-quality customer support

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
