Abroad Counsellor

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Abroad Counsellor at our growing company. As an Abroad Counsellor, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals who are interested in studying or working abroad. They will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complex process of studying or working in a foreign country, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and resources to make informed decisions.

As an Abroad Counsellor, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and passion to our team. They will work closely with clients to understand their goals and aspirations, and provide personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their dreams of studying or working abroad. The Abroad Counsellor will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and employers abroad, ensuring that our clients have access to the best opportunities available.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida (Uttar Pradesh). The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a candidate who is sales-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The preferred gender for this position is female. The salary range for this position is between INR 175,000 to INR 250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to individuals interested in studying or working abroad
• Assist clients in understanding the requirements and processes involved in studying or working in a foreign country
• Conduct research on educational institutions and employers abroad to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
• Assess clients' qualifications and goals to determine the best options for studying or working abroad
• Help clients prepare and submit applications for educational programs or job opportunities abroad
• Assist clients in obtaining necessary documentation, such as visas and work permits
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the application and relocation process
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and employers abroad
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration and visa regulations
• Attend conferences and events to network with industry professionals and stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong ability to persuade and influence others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of immigration and visa regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
