Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist and UX Writer, you are responsible for creating the content strategy, the content design and writing the UX copy for various mediums such as: digital platforms or mobile apps, websites, conversational interfaces like chat assistants, and email campaigns and notifications. You will help establish a unified user experience by designing content that is engaging and efficient, across these mediums. A Content Strategist and UX Writer is expected to have a very good command on the English vocabulary.

About the job:

• Collaborate with designers, business teams, and development teams across the lifecycle of evolving the concept for a user experience project, creating its content strategy, testing the prototype or end-product.
• Create the content strategy for a user experience project, define content goals, and also create the content copy.
• Drive the tone of voice for the user experience/product language. 
• Write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well onboarding, promotional content such as email campaigns, error messages, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
• Participate in user research and user testing, gather insights that inform the content strategy. 
• Create guidelines and style guides for content creators.
• Create content marketing copy for promotional campaigns, end-user adoption, and change management initiatives within Infosys.
• Experience with working with CMSes such as Drupal, SharePoint etc. is an added benefit.
• Experience with chatbots, virtual assistants and AI-driven apps is an added benefit as well.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of relevant writing experience for digital and mobile interfaces and websites
• Excellent command on English vocabulary and the nuances of voice and tone
• Analytical skills with an ability for problem finding and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking.
• Ability to collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) business stakeholders, designers and development teams.
• Focus on collaborating to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to plan and manage projects with minimal guidance and thrive in ambiguity.
• Excellent critical thinking, presentation and communication skills

 Education: 

• Min Bachelor’ s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience. (full time education only)
