Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle HR-related documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.
• Spearhead seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
• Efficiently handle the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.

Requirements :-

• Independent and proactive way of working.
• Analytical and organized approach.
• University level studies in Human Resources.
• Excellent Verbal and communication skills.
