Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Programmer Analyst at our growing company. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and conducting testing and debugging activities. They will also be involved in the documentation and maintenance of software systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of programming concepts, and experience with wireframing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into software solutions
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software features
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Conduct software performance tuning and optimization

• Assist in the estimation and planning of software development projects

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming concepts and languages
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
