Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Team Member in our growing company. As a Team Member, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing their expertise and passion to our team. They will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities, working on-site in our Chennai (Tamil Nadu) location.

The Team Member will be expected to have a strong background in Selenium (Software) and will be required to work full-time. We welcome candidates of all genders, including male, female, and transgender individuals. The position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers, with a maximum experience requirement of 10 years. The salary range for this position is between INR 125,000 and INR 350,000.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective SEO strategies
• Create SEO-optimized job descriptions to improve search rankings
• Ensure keyword density is maintained within the recommended range for each section of the job description
• Blend department information naturally within the job description
• Highlight the location for local SEO purposes
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools
• Identify and resolve SEO issues and improve website visibility
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for search engines
