Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. As a growing company, we are seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise and passion to our team. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through various strategies and initiatives. The job post is for a full-time position based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in international sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in cold calling and conducting sales presentations.
  • Any technical graduate degree is required.
  • Preferred gender: Male.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
